Workshop Pilot
La Sainte School, 31st March 2022
London
Initial test of a series of workshops for schools across the borough of Camden in London as part of STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and maths) / PSHE (personal, social, health and economic) programmes for Years 10-11.
Workshops conceived as an experiential and interactive journey combining sound (previously recorded interviews) and live video projections. The aim is to challenge curiosity and the reliability of the students’ own perception of their physicality in order to promote emotional development as well as encouraging individual change as a driver for social change.
Looking at the formation of possible negative body image views, how it happens and why from a neurochemical aspect and the impact on our behaviour, psychology and physiology. The emphasis is on how much agency there is for transformation, inherently available that it is usually bypassed.
La Sainte School, 31st March 2022, London.

Head of Steam programme in Camden Richard Donnelly, Richard Donnelly
Head of Art & Technology at La Sainte Sarah Kelly, Sarah Kelly
